Can you save up the skill points on a player & apply them all at the same time ?

Yes, but only on PC version. And even then application of a program update may auto-apply those points, too, as on Mobile Apps (Android/iOS).

sometimes the PC version likes to randomly spend them for you though... i had 200 and 150 saved up at seperate times, log in, and poof spent.
