I'm only at level 1 right now about to go to level 2 and I just found out about this forum... Is it actually possible to win higher level leagues and do well in the champions league without actually buying more tokens... I've managed to make a pretty good team but these days I have to use more and more tokens to buy players... I'm planning to buy 3 players for the start of next season but I only have 14 tokens.. Do you think it's enough and would I be able to have a decent season??
yes you can do well without buying tokens..
you can always watch the videos on the right hand side...also go to win tokens where you can fill in surveys and watch other videos to get extra tokens.....

There is a forum member called Potemy and he has never donated to the game before and he only runs of the 35T a season TV Right budget for logging in every day, He is Level 16, Won 10 Leagues and 2 Champions Leagues despite the low budget he runs at. So its possible to build a squad and win trophies without buying tokens, Just as long you don't run into many heavy scout buyers.

yes you can.. you dont need to buy tokens to have sucess on top 11.. for example, i am not a cash user and never buy tokens but i can win the league.. 14 tokens is more than enough to buy 3 players.. fyi, i can buy 1 player only with 2 tokens... :cool:
In Level1 bought 2 or 3 times each 14 tokens, 2nd place in League.
This season Tokens from TV rights only, 1st place in League, Won the Champions League and played the Cup Final.
It depends on your server..This is a pay to win game where they almost force you to buy tokens, so if you're not buying any; chances are you will most likely not succeed. For your first couple of seasons, you will probably be fine but after that you will see the amount of injuries you get from your best players, which is of course! a random thing by nordeus.
It really depends on given competition.
Sometimes you will get a league with a few scout teams, sometimes you wont and everything will be easier!
I love it when people ask this question. :p It does depend on your server, though. I'll update my signature tomorrow, a whole new achievement for me, made the quarter finals/last 8 in the Cup. :)
Whenever someone in the forum brings up this question the first team to spring to mind is yours with your great amount of success given your budget, I've been trying the same method as you with my second account and I just lost a league decider this season in L4, so discounting L1 because I started very late, I won L2, 3rd in L3 (lost by 2pts) and 2nd in L4 (lost decider on last day) I've only won 1 league with that team. I mostly leave it on auto-pilot too. But will watch important games if they don't clash with my main teams games.Quote:

As someone already said, it really depends on your server and competition in the league. The transfer in my server is crazy as there are very few 5* players in auction. So whenever there is a good player, his auction goes to at least 20 rounds, which makes it hard to buy decent players on low budgets. And as in my league, I have 3 scout teams in the league.
bro, don't buy tokens for another 3-4 months. Until then, you'll be in leagues where people mostly dont play the game anymore . and with 7 teams advancing to the next rounds - you will easily go through every season.
also, this game is basically designed to make you want to buy tokens (what with the random match results as of late) so dont give in to Nordeus cheap scam tactics. Stay strong and wait it all out. Just buy a team of great oldies and keep stacking up the tokens via the sponsors.
For sure, it depends on yr luck. I was in same situation like u, but in second season, thing went crazy when i vs 4 token buyer :d. In my league 5 star player with only 1 point to 6 star player is standard player :d . In the end i finished at 5th , but managed to win a CL ,
I`m now level 7 without buying tokens, i now have 170 tokens saved as i was savvy in transfer market ( no bidding wars and never buy at start of season, my ave squad age is 20.9 so for next couple seasons i won`t need to go mad in the transfer market though will still look to improve , and my stadium hold 57,oo0 ( two season before building again ) and all other building up to date
its normal Level 1 player do not have the experience of managing tokens

Yes you can have good performance even at the highest levels but don't exepect to be better then somebody who is paying for tokens.
Things will be harder but then it can actually be more enjoyable if you have the right attitude. Success for many clubs is being promoted or going as far as you can in the cups. You don't have to come first to enjoy the game and any trophies you do win will be all the more sweeter.
