When you named this thread "Pay To Play", my original thought was that you were proposing an idea I thought of a few weeks ago: giving managers the option to make T11 a subscription. Say $5 a season, and you'd get enough reds, blues, and greens to get you through the entire season without needing to spend tokens or watch videos.
