I'n only level 6 and my players all range from four to five stars, with an average age of 20.5 years old. I didn't have to put an insane amount of money on it, but I used every trick in the book to acquire Nordgens at the best possible time and I normally bid 1 to 5 tokens on each. In addition to a handful of players from my own academy.
It is the fruit of an overhaul at level 5 and opportunism this season.

I see nothing special here, I switch my players as soon as they begin falling behind after the age of 22, and most new youngsters are bought for a few tokens.
If all players had SA, and where world class, then I would agree

This is my season end player list 3 season before, at level 15. I never spend. Except 2 21 years old players, all are 20 or below. Comparing with his team, my team was even much stronger in teams of stars.

Yeah i only have one player over 23 on my main squad and he was my first ever high value Nordgen and also my current captain. My player age average currently is 20.3. He might just be a transfer hawk like the rest of us lol.

I would put it this way: 'his wage is so high that it is half his maked value'
But same same just different way of seeing it
Maybe in a few seasons future the wage will become more that the marked value
