Cup, 2nd leg - arus pelangi (L8, 41.9) 0-3 Perfect Tactics (L5, 45.5)
Perfect Tactics win 5-0 on aggregate
We breezed into the next round of the cup with a comfortable win against arus pelangi. The game was overshadowed by a red card that crashed the game and that should never have happened. On 15 minutes, we got the first chance, Petersen's free kick tipped over by the goalkeeper and from the corner, Petersen's cross was met by Juan Mata. It was then 2-0 and tie well and truly over, this time Ignacio Balbuena heading in another Petersen corner. Norris was yellow carded before Dandaliver was also yellow carded for Perfect Tactics! Petersen then wrapped the game up with a brilliant free kick just after half time.
In the 2nd half, Fabregas was yellow carded in the 57th minute, we "subbed him off" shortly after and then he got a red card a few minutes later!!! This happened before the sub was made and the game engine could not make the change for Fabregas. This caused the game to crash (probably an unknown opcode). I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS BUG TO NORDEUS. We were left unable to watch the remainder of the match but nothing really happened, the score remained 3-0 to Perfect Tactics.
Goals: Mata (15'), Balbuena (28'), Petersen (39')
Sent off: Fabregas

League, round 4 - Galesong FC (22.9) 0-6 Perfect Tactics (44.6)
SimyFC's attempt to turn the possession in our opponent's favour was in vain as we disposed of Galesong FC in fine fashion and again, it was Petersen who ran the show. It took time for us to get into the game, a free kick on 9 minutes tipped over by the goalkeeper and the corner coming to nothing. Then another free kick saved on 32 minutes, however the resulting corner was nodded in by Nightstand for 1-0. Yet again, another free kick was awarded just before half time, the shot was deflected for a corner and Bogdany rose the highest for a free header, powering the ball into the roof of the net. Javier Pina made ie 3-0 just after half time, the Spaniard showing great skill to dance past the whole team and slotting the ball past the goalkeeper. Substitute Mata made it 4-0, before 2 late Petersen strikes found the back of the net, giving us our biggest win of the season.
Goals: Nighstand (32'), Bogdany (44'), Pina (49'), Mata (74'), Petersen (77', 89')
MOTM: Petersen
Petersen stats today: 3 goals, 4 assists

After all of yesterday's travelling, it was nice to have matches nearer to home today. We started with a cup match away, just across London.
Result: NIGEL FC 0-2 LONDON CITY
Goals: Zola 16, Edmonds 71
M.o.M: Paul Edmonds
Starting the match 4-1 up from the first leg, we comfortably made our way through to the next round against our level 10 opponents. Individual efforts in each half from Adam Zola and Paul Edmonds, secured our place in tonight's draw. Here's hoping it will be kind to us.
Our league match was at the Olympic Stadium against a new team to us (although a friend), who have made a poor start to the campaign.
Result: LONDON CITY 5-0 SHAGHER DONESK
Goals: Edmonds 2, Costa 35, Zola 49, Morgada 62, Mueller 71
M.o.M: Rudolph Mueller
Our confidence seems to have returned somewhat and we duely saw off our visitors. Paul Edmonds opened the scoring with a run that took him past several defenders. Andreas Costa made it two after a cross from Seamus Flanagan. Adam Zola made the points safe, with a free-kick immediately after the restart. Late goals from Hector Morgada and Rudolph Mueller, just helped to improve our goal difference, which is now good enough to put us in third place.
