Nordues will replace player`s so you get a 14 man squad, only problem they will be near retirement too

Yes they get replaced with other old guys, you need to work on your finances and save up money to get new ones.

we do not have a Forum in French, as we have no French/English speaking Moderator.

If you crash out of the cups early doors, or have nothing to play for in the league, then just play tons of friendlies every day, making sure you have ticket prices sorted so you earn revenue and you will soon see money start to grow. If you are tanking the season then it doesn't matter how fit your players are, as long as you can field a team - in that case as you need money I would simply play friendlies all day, pushing the bank balance up.

with the new "quality draw" leagues, a team with 3* veterans can get a CH.L. ticket

Best solution for you would be.. Forget about your team for a while, don't login for atleast 2 months.. once you log back in you'll be on the same level on higher and get a whole new squad, younger players and Token bonus.. that's the cheap solution ;P
Else you could buy tokens, money and then get new players.. you know how it works.
