that hasn't lost a match all season and she only had one draw. She's used the same formation every game and her players are good, but she doesn't have any scouts. She's only had five goals against the entire season and two of those were from our first match. So only three goals from other teams.

quality is for sure not everything in this game. I often change orders and arrows and not formation.

This situation is not unusual when I was still in low levels. But probably it is difficult with new league draw system.
However, this may occur in leagues consisting of average quality 3 star teams. If one of the teams vastly improves qualities (just buy a few 5 star players) while other teams have no change, this result will not be surprising. But this is not similar to your case.

It is actually pretty close to that Barcelona. Winning formation? :p My team is full of scouts (fast trainers with SA, nordgens). I have about the same Quality as Barcelona but my team is level 3. So it is well possible.
Some things have to do with hidden factors where all of a sudden players start to shine like mad. Or drop in form like mad.

When teams promote to higher levels, the real abilities of league teams will be closer. There will be less teams with undefeated seasons.
I just checked screenshots of first 4 seasons of my Level 18 team. It also had at least 2 undefeated seasons. But these are not its best scoring seasons.

Yes earlier levels are a little easier to get such a record, and that is a strong quality team. Not too surprising. As you level up it's harder to to, for sure!
