So there's this team in my league....

that hasn't lost a match all season and she only had one draw. She's used the same formation every game and her players are good, but she doesn't have any scouts. She's only had five goals against the entire season and two of those were from our first match. So only three goals from other teams.

quality is for sure not everything in this game. I often change orders and arrows and not formation.

This situation is not unusual when I was still in low levels. But probably it is difficult with new league draw system.

However, this may occur in leagues consisting of average quality 3 star teams. If one of the teams vastly improves qualities (just buy a few 5 star players) while other teams have no change, this result will not be surprising. But this is not similar to your case.
