Win bonus - does it work?

yes tinkering with win bonuses is the only way to win big games. it's a double edged sword tho, once you start using it your players will expect it and their form will suffer if you take it away.

You've noticed the change or are you making an assumption based on real life? Can you give me an example please?

I noticed the change last season as I was fluctuating my bonuses depending on the strength of my opponent last season in my league. After dropping my bonus to 0 from a couple games at mid level or max my squad form dropped to 5-7 from 7-9 for no reason. And the goal production dropped dramatically. My formation and squad selections were good. My only inference was that my squad was suffering a lack of motivation due to me taking their win bonus away and my opponent likely had his on. Now I only go progressively higher as the season/cup/CL go on as needed. This season I won the cup for the first time on my parent squad.

I also believe it to be part of the reason that i won this game this season on my junior squad. it was the first time all season i had maxed out win bonus.
