of course. the ones who will suffer from this are they who are in old server where usually got nice money since they are in high cup level. and they who are not token buyers since if they are token buyers, the current cup level will still be high. but more importantly, if you're a token buyer, your tokens are your primary source of money, not competition prize. so for them it's not an issue
