    Question Do dead teams sell in negotiations ?

    Do dormant teams sell in negotiations if an offer is put in ?

    Have seen one or two real good options , but the teams look abbandon.

    Does the system let you buy them ?

    No because the person has to agree to your offer.

    thats crap, there could be anlot of realy good players out there that are going to waste. sad.
