A lot of the time its just variability a play when you compare 1 session trained fast trainers with another.






The drop from 4*-5*-6* is around 20-25% on average rates for me over multiple trainers and 20+ training sessions. Can't comment on 7*, 8* or 9* - I just don't go there

PS despite the above M Stevenson is the fastest trainer on average

nice thread ... but ive also found that older players can gain massively in proper matches ... i've got a 29 year old aml/amc/amr who has been awesome for me these last 2 seasons and in matches can get as high as 170 points
