Champions League structure

Can someone explain me the Champions Legue structure in Top Eleven?
I mean, if I get first in my group with whom am I going to play, if I win the knockout match with who.. etc
I would appreciate it if you could help.

you need to finish top 2 and say your group A and win group then you`l play 2nd in group B and vice versa
