I don't understand why people complain so often. Everyone knows it's possible to have bad days. Having 11scouts on the pitch will not guarantee wins all the time.
As said above you need to post some information on your team and tactics, also sometimes teams that don't have their manager present play really well for some reason.

There are more explanations for this. First of all watching is never a way to win. It only gives you a few more percent ball possession. That is it. Ball possession doesn't say a thing. You could have the ball 75% of the time and still loose 3-0.
If you are not scoring goals then your team is either poor in quality, players are out of form or you are facing much stronger advisaries. Try to switch players, try to switch order (blue and red arrows), etc....

To face this formation, my recommend to you is using hexagon (4-2MCs-2AML/AMR-2)

tactics n order:
Normal (if u are weaker) or attacking/down both flanks/short passing/hard tackle/no offside/no counter/own half pressing/ red arrows on AML/AMR...if u lead then remove the arrows...good luck,bro
I won the match 0-4 Bro witch 451 v tactic
but i read somewhere it's don't matter what your tactic is the simulation has al ready the result so my point I's if that is true why we are playing
