I thought that the maximum budget you could have was 2.14B (or close to that) however i have just seen another player and their budget is 3.29B. Has it changed or was it never 2.14?

It was 2.14B but that cap has been removed.
It changed with the New version!
ahhh thank you, i was always very near the cap and would make sure i spend the money so i didn't go over..
