New season, new scouts players.

This season is soon over. And a new one starts.
Last season i wanted to buy scouts players, before my 1. match of the season, but sadly the good ones were taken. My Q is..
When and what time is the scout list opdated, before a season start? I live in Denmark, if that is a usefull information.

Hey Polle, scout list is updated regular.

The list is updates 8 times during the season (on days 3, 4, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25 and 28). Whenever a player is purchased from the list, a new one takes his place.
