    That level 10 will have a great chance against that level 14 who will see he's players 2,3 stars...it should stay how is now.

    L10 wouldn't play against L14 in this format.

    He is on about a format that spans 3 level differences, eg L2,3,4 & 5.... L10 wouldn't play L14 as thats a 4 level difference.
