Come on, we’re better than this! Tell the guys to start running!

I often get this advice from my assitant. For example, played with 30.9q against 21.1, but in reality my starting 11 is closer to 38q, and had 0-0 at halftime. Change to attacking and right flank at halftime and eventually won 2-0 thanks to my reliable AMR Raymond Vilca.

Come on, we’re better than this! Tell the guys to start running and beat these amateurs!

Just badly programmed footballers? Am I changing tactics to often? What do you think? Hard tackling and high pressing is the answer?

The only thing i can remember is press all pitch and Man to Man marking, that way they Will run more.
But smart teams, makes the opponent run, to tired them, not the other way around.

But as usually we Will probably not get an answer from Nordeus.

I'm glad I don't have an assistant yet, I think somebody said you can turn it off if you don't like it, and from what others have said he just talks rubbish anyway.

I'm so glad you posted this. I was going to the a few times, but life got in the way.

Lol it's cool :) I think you should ignore him and do what you think is best from watching the game, you're the manager, make him get you some coffee or something Lol.

Oh I never listen to him, I just find him funny lol.

What he says is of course just empty cliche's, but I also believe that it is worth considering what he says. If my players often underachieve, it must be my job to turn things around. More competition in the team? Are my guys that smart? Does the Nordeus code have that depth?

I will start with adding arrows, and more competition. At least it will give me the opportunity to compare ratings. For example, I now have three strikers - it is time for scout-striker Bas to fight for his place in the starting 11.

If my Bas and your Bas got into a fight, who would get his Bas kicked?

i always ignore what he told me....i am winning 4:0 in 30 min...he tells me to put more attacking player or try another way because the opposite know how to stop my attack -.- (kidding??) and sometime...he tells me that it should be a easy win....but i am losing 2:0 in 78min =.=!....many time...i think he works with opposite team -.-!
