I noticed option in transfer market - recommend players. You can buy players for Tokens. For example i can buy 18 years old -5 stars- for approximately 30 token( without cash) . But ofert is valid 24 h.
Why mine 18 years old guy costs 109 token???

Because those offers are based on same system as academy player offers; you pay no money (no $), but instead you pay bigger amount of tokens. I don't think anyone is eager to spend so big amount of tokens in order to save money. I'd suggest to ignore those offers and rather to find and buy players from auctions or negotiations. You can earn money on TE easly, but you can't get tokens that easly.

My recommendef players are indeed very nice, 79 token for a 6 star, 20 YO striker with 1-on-1 scorer (the SA i dont see much in scout list).
If it wasnt the end, but the start of new season, i would definitely buy that striker
I think that recommended players are only good when someone is token-rich, but when club finances are weak. That is for example when you take over new team which has weak squad and weak finances (due unsuccessful previous seasons) and you need to buy many good players but budget is low.

I'm talking about 2 options provided for token-rich clubs, first is 69 token for 22 YO strikers with some SA like corner kick specialist or penalty taker. And if you spend 79 token, you'll get 2 years old younger striker, with better SA, much higher value, and also cash free.
So the recommended player isn't bad feature at all, when put along with the option to buy scout instead.
Im sorry my player have also 6stars. My mistake.
I bought 3 players 18 ages by tokens 45+ each and 1 18ages from action with average price, after 3 seasons he is always the topest score and best rate players than tokens players and he is AML and tokens players 1 ST, 1 AMR and 1 AMC with shadow Strkr
So I believe its all depend on performance of players and Auction could be better option to buy players and cheaper than tokens with better results for me
