I don't know, I don't use it but it's becoming more popular.

No , I'm the guy on the left :))
Try 4-5-1v or 3-5-2v against narrow diamond.
4-5-1 Flat or 3W-2(DMC)-3N-1-1 ('Tower') are the 'official' counters for that formation. 4-4-2 Classic will give a slightly more offensive formation but looks like it might do the job. I might be tempted to start with the Classic but be prepared to move to 4-5-1 if things start going pear-shaped...
I will change in 4-5-1 Flat if I have problems
But ... what orders ?
I will go with 4-5-1 V-Style next cup match , and I''ll use :
Normal
Down Both Flanks
Low
Normal
Mixed
Zonal
Counter ON
Do you think I can beat him ?
Depends upon your relative strength and his orders. With 4-5-1V I tend to use long passing, as usually there's a few midfielders that need to be circumvented - clear the ball quickly and get it as far up the field as possible. You'll need pretty good (and fast) wingers, though.
I had . Both of wings have 18 YO
