I did a cleanup in temporary files and cookies, I used IE, Chrome and Mozilla but the error remains.

You get same thing on Facebook?

I'm having that problem with facebook. I just keep pressing reconect button till it works. It takes like 10 times but finally i can enter the game.
I have the same issue.
Started like 3 weeks ago, Top 11.com wont response.
It improves slightly with facebook flatform.
But i fixed it by changing the ISP (i have 2).
When i switch back to my normal ISP (the one ive been using for decade), the problem still remains.
Nordeus pls fix this +.+
