Well I'm playing game without giving bonus to my players how about this?
If you're Level 1 or 2 then I guess it's no problem... The real fun begins at Level 4. It can be risky to play with no bonus. I'm Level 5, and no bonus let me my worst start (3 wins, 2 losses). In these Levels keep the bonus to minimum, while putting it at max in crunch game.

I have no knowledge about win bonus until my first team reached about level 7 or 8. There are too few real competitors teams in low levels. So win bonus is not important at these levels. But I think it can still help for head to head matches between teams with competitiveness.
I've been playing for about 35 seasons and used the 'win bonus' about 5 or six times in total, all for CL/Cup finals. I think after the third loss I stopped using them.
I still manage to win titles and cups so it's not something I ever think about now.
Until now I didn't face any problems expect some troll results, but I think this season is going to be difficult for me, I'm still unbeaten in league but goals are not coming, in CL 3 draw games against weaker opponent than me, yeah you were right no bonus will make me difficult for me from now,
