I want to change the name of my inform player, so does it effect on his current form?

No bro I do Change my best players name and his form continues it doesn't effect infact after changing my strikers name he is becoming better and better day by day and he has 105 Goals in 160 games in all competitions in short it doesn't affect he will perform the way he was performing
