How do you primarily use the bench? Feel free to elaborate and tell us whether your view of the uses of the bench has evolved overtime.
P.S. Too bad poll questions can't be corrected (makes sense). Sorry about the typos.

I usually keep the same side until a player has a couple of bad games
Well, all those reasons have logic, so I didn't vote for "investment" and "sentimental" because i did it very few times.
I chose all except other and sentimental. When I'm in all 3 competitions I ditch the lowb players and have 22 functional players that I pare down as I get KOed from competitions. Most dedicated players on here don't rotate that much. I rarely play a player more than 30 games a season. I've had 12 injuries over the last 2 seasons and 5 days and like not having to burn red packs. This season is different as I've spent a lot on young players and would be wasting my time if I wasn't feeding the highest value players greens.
Here's a stat sheet from a league winning season of the past.

I use this bench to sit with 7 other players: http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/16/01...dbd0405f01.jpg
I have a poor bench this season, so I'm reluctant to sub. But I still do once every match.
I am missing:
1) To change formations
2) As a replacement for red cards
My bench is a member of the Hall of Fame, but he's retired now.

"As a replacement for red cards" is an obvious use. I did not list it because you don't have a choice -- unlike with an injured player whom you can choose to heal or replace.
"To change formations" is a good one! I bought an AMC who is only called upon once every 8-9 matches when I have to get away from my favorite 4-5-1V and 4-1-4-1 formations. Fortunately he also has ST or he would be very bored. By the way, wrong thread, but I have to say it. I had gone 5 competition matches without ST scoring. I put my 4* AMC/ST bench warmer in today and he scores in a 3-1 CL win. I had to go back six matches to a 5:0 first round cup blowout to see a ST score previously... and it's the same guy. I have a feeling he might get another start soon.
yeah my last 3 opponents have all been running central passing defensive formations so my best amc has had to sit...
Haha, it didnt surprise me to see the "to lower avQ" option is leading the poll :D
