What is important to win?

HI EVERYONE,
I need suggestions what is important to win?
1:TACTICS
2:STRONG TEAM
3:BEST LEADER
4:GOOD MANAGER
WHAT IS THAT MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR TO WIN PLEASE WRITE IN REPLY.THANKS FOR PARTICIPATION.

5. T.o.k.e.n + g.r.e.e.n p.a.c.k, and you can ignore no. 1, 3 & 4 if you can afford this :)

& to understand the game.
But as Jos said, if you don't have too many sources, start reading the forum - lol

* for your info - with a 6 star team, you can win anything in the game.

No really, now seriously, the more close of what I think is the 4th. Manager have o be capable to test players and see the internal programming of players.
Tactics.... I defended always that all formations can win a treble wih the correct players...
Strong team is important but as I say every player have internal %'s of effectiveness, so some players have ahigher ratio of score, despite more or less stars every player have a min.-max. that can reach and is the manager who have to be capable to see that.

"Best leader" if you mean Key player, that is one of therse players that appear, contribute and that alone can win the 70% of a league title, then to find one of these players depend of the manager, and yeah, a key player is something that bless your team if you find a man like this.

Agree with kris a player that can make the different and win you game like lionel messi, very rare and difficult to find bt his out there somewhere. If u can get that player then built a team around him. If u can get 3 then life will be easier as a manager.
With lots of token and green u can make one. 10* player😊

The only thing you need is a corner-specialist 5* MC.

At least it works for me. Anyone can head in a corner. You should have a couple of impact players like this who are rarely ever benched. IMO the key to success is 2 good DC, a great goalkeeper (who knows how to keep going after he has to pick the ball from the net) and a corner specialist.

More or less is what I always say, every season, theres 1 man that works in freekicks and 1 in corners, can change the ranking if you add new players or for some reason, but, usually, theres one better for each work. If you find it, is like for me Beckham in freekicks, and Rozomashvili in corners.
Test to find these men really is one of the things that better works, coz as u say every match have corners or freekicks/fouls.

I'm just Level 6, and my corner specialist has a huge role in our 6-point lead in the league (6 assists in 8 games). And not every match has freekicks (I played a match last season with ZERO freekicks for both teams) but every match has at least 1 corner. So I keep one of my non-specialist striker taking freekicks (and he does score!)

Agree, this sometimes need time coz need a lot friendly to test which player better

Sometime you dnt need SA player to take corner or freekick. Some player without SA can do the job better.
Last 2 season my dc/dl penalty specialist been banging goal from freekick. For corner i always look at my player with the highest rated in crossing and passing. Always try give every player a chance.

Useless if I put him as corner taker, lol, ups, this player not 5* MC but 7* MC, no wonder, my bad :p

A pity you did not save a pack of those goals to win the 2 games you drew...
I would personnaly prefer 8 goals and as many victories...
