Thanks for all who shared advices for preparations for new version of T11.
As I understand, the negotiation list contains some players 1 sp from next star and is updated on several season days. After implementation of new version, managers will be more difficult to keep players 1 sp from next star, I think some players may stay in negotiation list for a shorter period. So today may also be a good time to place offer of negotiation. Otherwise, it is hard to find target through the negotiation list.
I am an idiot on negotiation because I never make such offer. Please correct me if I am misunderstand.
Cookizzz, I just replied to your concern in another thread, please check my answers here.
Thanks for replying. I had a quick look of your forwarded post. I believe I fully understand the intention of cancelling sp and the limitation of players with SA and 3 role, etc. I do not argue about these. This is a change of rule which will not give advantages to some managers. It just changes the method of playing this game. Managers are free to like this or not.
I just want to point out the the negotiation list may be shortened quickly in future.
I will move to that thread to discuss about details of the coming changes.
like Khris says
Huh? How can you tell that from a screencap of the History screen, where there are no financial details at all???
Unless you mean the discrepancy between the player ins and outs (for last season), the difference in which is negligible compared to the total balance (as at today):

Nearly $6Bn in the bank and I don't know what to do with it...
if your average attenders is full house 260000 then you should raise ticket price until its just under. anyways cash is not the biggest issue in this game
