How do i know which players train best ? - New update

So , before the update we could really see that players with the same age , position and stars , trained a lot better if their market cost was higher.
But now with this new update im kinda lost . How do i see now how much each player has trained , so that i can compare with others ?

This is what I'm confused about. I preferred the simpleness of just knowing you had a fast trainer and what his gains were.

Damn you Morinho now i just dont know how to train my team with this new training set up. It will take me a while to master and fast trainer i dont know how??
