and now it has decided that my system isn't good enough to load new version on Firefox, where it has loaded until now... aaaaw maaaan windows 10 i5 4gb ram well goes that isn't enough :rolleyes::confused:
so question? what is enough to run some standard animations in a pretty simple game with no heavy 3D

It may not be about your 'raw' hardware capabilities.
It could be because of the amount of free RAM or available CPU power at that particular moment; for instance, while you may have 3.82 GB of RAM, if 3 GB is already in use, then only 0.82 GB is available, and the same way applies for your CPU and GPU.
It might also be because of other running flash applications as I have noticed slowing, freezing/delays and non-properly loaded graphics when another flash application was running.
Another possibility is that the problem is with the browser itself. I cannot use the new version on the recent Firefox version, but it works well on Google Chrome. So, you can see that in this particular case, it was the browser, despite being the one recommended by the new version on the loading page.
microsoft edge works except drag, so no training or subs possible :(
minus on Opera no taskbar or clicking availible
minus on Chrome no taskbar or clicking availible
minus on Chromium no taskbar or clicking availible
all uses extreme ram an resources when loaded massive battery drain
only reliable at the time i android phone but even with octacore it overheats and has massive power drain when running a pretty basic game
Diablo III or fullhd movies runs smoother :p
Considering the 'middle' three, with the addition of the extreme usage of resources, it seems that there is likely to be a problem with the functioning of your PC. It could be with the Flash and the Shockwave Player. It could also be because some 'improper' settings that was there on one browser was imported to the others after installation.
Open Event Viewer and look for errors.
Top11 2016 is not a flash game
I had a problem with Firefox which caused the old version to load - the profile was corrupted. Try creating a new profile and see if that solves the issue...
are any of you using a windows tablet with touch screen?
Not me.
But if you are having a common issue (like the middle three mentioned previously), the problem is more likely to be compatibility, settings, or something else on your PC that is causing the issue rather than the game itself. Extreme usage of CPU and/or RAM may indicate that there is something not running smoothly. It could be something related to the game (but not the game itself) or something else that is triggered when you make use of browsers for such tasks.
Like I mentioned in one of the previous posts, I was using a service that required Flash on another tab, and it cause the game to slow down, freeze and so on, albeit like you said, the game does not make use of flash. So, something running elsewhere might be the cause.
