The 2016 version does require a lot of RAM though. From what I see on the Task Manager for my PC, approximately 950 MB (900 MB excluding the usage for the browser client), that too when no match was being played. For touch-screens, it may be higher.
So, it is likely that a user should have at least 1 GB of free or available RAM from the moment the game has started to load up to when the game page is closed. Take into consideration that, despite having say 4 GB of RAM as hardware installed, you will likely to experience issues if more than 3 GB of the RAM is already in use due the operating system and other things running at that particular time.
