Then you said everything, is just your fault, if you are training your players when they are 10% condition or 20 times per day is normal to have so many injured players.

I really think you need to have a good talk with them, tell to be serious during training and that the they are only allow 2 days of medical leave per player per season :p

I worked out that the ratio needed from reds:greens needed when power training is about 1:10.

You just gave me an idea!!! I think I might train my players when they are at the lowest of condition. I tried to injured a few before I sell them but none of them ever get injured, all of them were down to condition 0.

I'm being serious on 20% condition and below...I'm trying it right now! The only problem is would they get the same results.
