Therefore, 1% is 1/4 skill point.
Jansen earned 1SP and 25 of 100 gain (with respect to the blue bar). Yusman earned 1SP in fitness.
In TE 2015 on phone, even though we couldn't save SP, we could choose to which category they go (defence, attack, or P&M). We can't even do that on TE 2016.
