Start with warm up. The intensity pattern should be very easy-easy-medium-hard-very hard.
Never go from very easy to hard. Very easy to medium, still accepted. This is because you won't get a lot of bonus. And it's better to team train so that you can level up faster, but train your starters with easy drills only.
