    Can't bid on players lower than 3 stars

    Why I can't bid on 2 star players?
    After I clicked on the players, the bid icon disappeared.
    Players above 3 stars doesn't have this kind of situation.
    Why is that?

    I guess it's to prevent some people who are deliberately trying to decrease quality for easier Cup draws. Else if you're a Level 32 team bidding on just a level 4 3* player would be enough to bring down your quality.
