At the moment I would say your squad could do with a moral boost ?
Also a better DL
yea, you could sell your DL for someone with a higher q.
he is young with sa, so he could bring you some good money from the market.
Also, you could buy some back up players like a DMC-DC (if I can see correct - it's a little mess) you don't have a second one.
You could buy and use a 3* retired veteran you know, a free agent - but I don't know if you 're playing anywhere else beside the league.
It's good if you ask advice, to give the whole picture.

Your formation' s weakness is counter attacks to the middle (too many red arrows) and your DL is quite low quality unless he is one of those superperformers. Knowing the arrows, I would look to beat you with 3w 4-1-2 with high press or 3n-2w 2-1-2 low press ca so consider changing if you see those formations.

It means I will lose (by this formation)if I will have a match with him.....
Putting blue arrow on DMC or the central MC in 3 MC formation does help the defence a lot. Garayar is going great with this tactic.
What devastating effect could be done when we play with too many arrows(like ten arrows arrows on every player sqq sometimes I does it when I am going to lose with last minutes remaining all my midfielders and attackers with red arrow and defenders too(when I get angry as I an losing))
If too many arrows are bad what about this:-

Is hard to rate a team. Based on stars standards your team isn't even decent but is close to. You clearly need some new players but I noticed few mistakes, maybe.
You clearly need to improve your players moral as soon as possible and stop training your players, you only do worst then good. Don't run for few more skill point and play wit ha lower condition because you will lose a lot in the results.
But again is hard to rate a team because we can't all the "picture" and we don't know your opponents so we can rate good your team. Everything depends on your opponents.
