    What is the exclamation mark (!) On player

    What does the exclamation mark (!) Mean when is placed with a player?

    It means that he is not playing in the normal spot. For instance if you put an MC in the striker spot you will get an exclamation mark. This player will suffer from a penalty (unsure how much) as he is not playing his preferred spot. He can however perform still very good.
