Player Ratings - help!!

I need help!

Since the 2018 patch was up, i can't see player ratings during matches. It hinders me from substituting poor players.

Is this an issue globally, or it is just me?

Btw, i do view matches using animation. Just text commentary.

I can see the player ratings with live animation, but not with text commentary
