5:00 - 7:00 a.m in the morning
It happens some time.
For me only the first day it's 90% guarantee.
If you have T, buy the expensive one recommended player. He is a fast trainer too.

Another tip but I 'm not sure about it.
I 've read some post saying that nordgens appearing when the scout list is refreshing.
I don't remember exactly the days but it's saying in the news letter of the team.

Officially as players, regarding Nordgens as he said, we only know about the "first list of the season" which is a list of players generated in the first day right when the servers start so is very hard to find it because also the list of players are not for all players from what I know because from what I understood is that for each list there's just a number of "slots" / players that can see it, which if is true is very good anyway, because it saves players from bidding wars.
Other nordgens I am not aware of, like players who are generated daily. I'm curious too and I will do a research for my own because as I said, nothing public.
My advice if you can, fix your alarm in day one and get the nordgen list which is great and from my own experience I can tell you that you can get some super cool players very cheap.

nordgen release at new day start is every 3 days or so, coincides with new scout releases most of the time. rotates for every 3 levels.

You won't find Nordgens that early (my timezone is UTC+5:30, and we don't follow DST. Has DST started? I'm now talking for standard time). My day starts at 830. At around 930 new players arrive and at around 1100-1400 the Nordgens are visible. Subtract an hour foe DST.Quote:

I don't observe norgen in this season. So I don't know if there is any change. As I remember, norgens occasionally appear after about 1 or 2 hours from daily maintenance. Even in same server and on same day, norgens appear in one level and disappear in another level.
Sometimes it just fails to deliver. On Day 3 I sat up to get my Nordgens in for next Season - good film on the Horror channel - and along came a multitude of 3*, then 4* then.....3* again. After that I got a cuddle from the Sandman. I was sick. Bought myself the first young recommended player to test his rate and (as Nik already indicated) was pleased, so if an 18yo with the right role pops up, at a reasonable price.......he's in.
