A fast way

Defense + attack + physical = x

Round x to the nearest or put aside decimals and multiply by 5.

Example:

Defense 50.2
Attack 55.6
Physical 50.4

50.2+55.6+50.4 = 156.2
156 x 5 = 780 (.2 = 1 sp). So you have 781 sp.

55 x 15 = 825
825-781= 44
You are 44 sp away from next star.
