Condition Bonus vs. Player's Condition

Does anybody know how condition bonus (achieved by training in the new version) interacts with the player's individual condition?

For example, if before the game the condition of my players is at 90%, but I have 10% condition bonus - is it equivalent to them having condition 100%?

If their condition is at 99% and then 10% bonus - will they perform even better?

it slows condition usage, making your players stay green longer when used early. Might be related to fitness and fitness related rolls such as high pressing and counterattacking. Keep testing.
