Angry Watching games having a detrmental effect.

    Hi,

I already posted once, but it hasn't appeared. I'll delete it if it does at some point.

    So once again.

My record is MUCH worse when I watch my games.
I have lost 1 game and drawn 2 games all season, including cups. Both the loss, and one of the draws I watched, and I watch very few.
I have conceded 5 goals in the league this season - I have watched 4 of those goals go in, and I must have watched 4 games total tops.
I lost in the cup 0-1 watching, won away 3-1 to an equal opponent not watching.

It seems this must be driven by possession %? Is it possible this is having a detrimental effect in my 4-3-2-1 formation? Maybe I should increase my ticket prices, and stop training condition?

It's possible these are freak results, but after the narrow 3-2 home (watched) win today - following a comfortable 0-3 away win earlier in the season, I'm beginning to question the possession statistic.

    Anyone had this? Any thoughts

Maybe not. The detrimental effect was there with the 2015 TE, this one's much better.

    It's the opposite for me.
I think I saved a lot of "weird" results by watching (almost all) my games and switching things there.

Based on observations, it might be random or there must something else controlling it. There are some games that seem that the outcomes are better when you attend them, while there are others that seem that it is better not to attend (and probably, not to login during that time). So, indications for randomness are there. There may or may not be be a directly relation with attending and outcome. As things appear to be, sometimes I suspect that the game tries to fool you into believing things that are not actually the case.

Logically, attending games should be superior, but this game has showed a lot of weird 'behaviours'. There seems to be a lot of football 'nonsense' in this game.

I often see goals go in against me when a friend logs into my game to support me. It's like the game variables have changed. Same when I make subs in tight games. I never sub after 70th minute if I'm only winning by one or two goals.

I confirm that I have observed it enough times to say that this is most likely not a coincidence. For sure something is changed when a new supporter joins the game. Sometimes the effect is positive and sometimes it is negative, hence it has no sense because it should be either positive or neutral.

For the case of the substitution, the same thing is observed despite that it should not be like this.

Briefly, what seems more likely to happen in this game is that whenever there is change, be it in orders, formation, substitutions or the number of supporters, there is change in the flow of the game irrespective of what change has been done. This means that you may make an appropriate change and yet the outcome may to be negative. Similarly, if you make a bad change, the outcome may be positive. In other words, the game engine appears to be based on random switches rather than logic switches.
