Could anyone tell me how possession affects the game?? And how possession is calculated
I have two examples
1. Against a weak team in CH.L group stage and I was favourite in quality
He played a strange formation like (S) DC DC Dr dmr mc mc mc aml st st (as I remember)
I used 4-1-2-1-2 and attacking and got a draw then used 3w-2-2-2-1 to focus down flanks and changed to mixed during match and lost 0-2!!
My possession was about 60% in both games and this disappointed me towards the randomness of the game And the assistant manager said we were just unlucky
then this team was crushed later in CH.l 1/16 stage
