    What's the difference?

    I'm confused by this.

Can some one point me in the right direction to where I can read up on the new training system?

I need it explained real simple

    Cheers

So what is the difference between training effect and training experience?

Eg I get 30% effect on fast counter attacks ( but with 5% exp ) against 30% effect and .75 on skill drill.

The first one is Hard and the second one easy.

BUT which is training skills faster?

    so, it's the same
hard, very hard >> more condition loss >> more progress
easy, very easy >> less c.l. >> less progress

Hard drills consumes more condition then easy drills but trains faster
Hard is better if you want only to click/tap less times if they have the same effect which depends on drill's level ( semi pro, pro, world class )

If you used a drill which consumes 5% condition, it would train the same as using a drill which consumes 1% five times

The main difference between drills is their level and the attributes they train

    OK I'll ask this again.

    Please forget about condition.

Can you see that these to drill both yield 30% training effect?

However the training experience points are different?

Can someone explain what the DIFFERENCE between training effect and training experience is?

Training experience: how much progress your players will gain on a single drill (1 for very easy ones, 5 for very hard ones) (but you can't rule out condition loss).

Training effect depends on the level of your drills. Mine, with three whistles, give 20% training effect.
