Player never improves with training

Some players train better than others, but as they said, it doesn't let your player progress normally while you train a new ability/position - which is a little silly imo.

you know, a 26 y.o. player is of course slow trainer cause of his age but still an ex-nordgen can have some descent numbers comparing with a slow trainer.
but yes, winning MoM is a good way for developing an older guy.

Well, as I said, I paused his special ability training and he is now increasing his stats as normal.

Looks like he doesn't want to play anywhere else than AMC.

ha...well...my AMR is not ex-nordgen...i bough from scout list...and you know...scout players usually are slow trainer~ but well...he surpise me that he is always gaining a star in season... LOL he is 27 years old...7 star right now in my team...i think...i still can keep him 2 more season... LOL
