And with a victory 4-0 vs the last and a 2-1 in the match of the 3rd vs the 2nd, we are now with a +12 points advantadge.
Very nice win taking us to first spot in league.

Bergkamp had his hero boots on as we move into the cup semifinal. I credit the opposing manager for setting his ticket price too high and playing away in an empty stadium for the win. Also, my lucky charm, Jing Wang, who rarely misses my matches.

Pretty lucky that the server wasn't screwed up during the CL game, which we won 4-0. David scored a hattrick and Torrano had 2 assists and a goal. Didn't expected a 4-0 ever after a 1-1 with an equally matched opponent.
The league game was when it messed up. I had benched a lot of starters against a weak/tanking team, and it was 2-1 at halftime. Thiago scored an open play goal and my keeper JP Kader scored from a freekick. Then we conceded one from a penalty. The halftime whistle came, and I was disconnected. About 5 minutes later, the game ended with the scoreline 2-0 for us and Stetter(Carlos) and Kayis were there on the scoresheet. But it was probably a win-win situation since they were tanking and we challenged the title; 2-0 helped us to boost the GD ;)

We now have only 3 hard games (vs 2nd, 5th and 6th place) remaining. If we overcome those hurdles, I'm quite sure no one can stop us winning the league. Must be vary of LVD tho.

The Palace Management is on holiday for the next 8 days, returning just in time for the climax of the season. :)
With the promise of no, or slow if available, mobile broadband in the remote area of Wales he will be travelling, the Palace teams are going to have to fend for themselves.
For Palace Casuals, a week is a long time in football. Seven League matches on from the last report, and one win, three draws and three defeats have seen Casuals drop from 2nd to 7th in the table. This season the injuries just keep coming - as soon as one player is fully healed, then another one gets injured in the next match...

Palace Terriers are executing their usual modus operandum; shaky start, sneak up on the League leaders, take the top place about the middle of the season and then let the rest fight amongst themselves as they let the Terriers open up the gap at the top of the table. The last seven League matches have seen 7 wins with 35 goals scored and 2 goals conceded, and Terriers are now 6 points clear at the top. In the Champions League, Terriers have made the Quarter-Finals, but are in the middle of what is proving to be a titanic struggle against a team with an 0.8Q (3%) advantage in Starting XI Quality. A narrow 1-2 loss in the 1st Leg, but with a precious Away Goal in hand, the 2nd Leg and the Tie is Terriers to lose...

Most managers make zero token offers. Take into consideration that this user might be much lower in the levels than you as the player is 1 star to you while for him it is 5 stars, and hence players might not be that scarce at his level. You could have accepted that one token offer as a better offer might not come later. If I were to bid for the player, I would have offered 2 tokens max to the manager, that is around 10-11 tokens in total for the negotiation. Asking for 5 tokens will double the negotiation price in terms of tokens (17-20 tokens); this might discourage the bidder as for him it is big jump from his initial offer (for you it is from 1 to 5, but for him it will be from 10 to 18, maybe more). But, if he really wants the player and has no other option right now, and he has the required amount of tokens, it is likely that he will accept.Quote:
