Day 19 - Palace teams update.

The Palace Management is on holiday for the next 8 days, returning just in time for the climax of the season.

With the promise of no, or slow if available, mobile broadband in the remote area of Wales he will be travelling, the Palace teams are going to have to fend for themselves.

For Palace Casuals, a week is a long time in football. Seven League matches on from the last report, and one win, three draws and three defeats have seen Casuals drop from 2nd to 7th in the table. This season the injuries just keep coming - as soon as one player is fully healed, then another one gets injured in the next match...



Palace Terriers are executing their usual modus operandum; shaky start, sneak up on the League leaders, take the top place about the middle of the season and then let the rest fight amongst themselves as they let the Terriers open up the gap at the top of the table. The last seven League matches have seen 7 wins with 35 goals scored and 2 goals conceded, and Terriers are now 6 points clear at the top. In the Champions League, Terriers have made the Quarter-Finals, but are in the middle of what is proving to be a titanic struggle against a team with an 0.8Q (3%) advantage in Starting XI Quality. A narrow 1-2 loss in the 1st Leg, but with a precious Away Goal in hand, the 2nd Leg and the Tie is Terriers to lose...

This is annoying. I just finished a match and I was changing the tactics for use in the next match when this happened. I think that the amount of errors, disconnections and so on that have occured in the past few weeks are not acceptable.

This morning I had just logged on and hadn't even reached for any buttons and the dreaded 'Top Eleven is low on memory' error came up. If it's that short on memory on a cold system with just a browser active, what the heck are the dev boys playing at???
