I would of expected some high quality level 11 teams but they´re all very poor
There's one, and only one, sub 40% team in the CL... And in the same group there are 2 80%+ teams.
There is no rhyme, reason or rationale to which teams are squared off against other level managers. I'm seeing the same thing in my CL this season, but its 6 higher level managers, but i've been drawn into same CL as lower level ones before as well. As you level up, you'll see other level managers more and more, as the number of managers decreases, so the probably of drawing other level ones increases.
But, from the look of your quality, i'm guessing you'd do just fine against managers 1 or 2 levels above yours in the champs league :)
