How to beat 3-4-1-2 `HELP

So i have lost 3 games in a row and now i need your help! What formation should i use against this guy? [ORDERS TOO PLEASE] I dont trust my knowledge of counter formations anymore...... (This is my team)Attachment 66520 (Enemy team) Attachment 66519

This is so easy with defensive counter attacks. Lol
What tactics you used??

Your formation is just fine.
Play with defense/counter flanks
You can start with long pass but if you see you don't create shots or assistant saying that long pass isn't working, switch to mix.
I would play without arrows to my DR-DL and maybe a defense arrow in my DMC (for oppo AMC).

This is ****ing ridiculous... Lost 1-0 to a ****ing weaker team! Allready lost 4 league games after being 2nd in the season before

Play 4-1-4-1 then it's a bit more defensive, just hope you top up the players morale and condition otherwise you can't win from any formation. Also check his Mr/ML and if they weak play 3-5-2v.

Are your players going into their matches tired? Morale is always that low?

nope,i allways set the morale atleast good

Just play 4-1-4-1 with orders everything normal only shortpassing with no arrows on players

when opponent plays with a am set a defensive arrow on your dm

i they attacking trough the middle go for the flanks and set attack arrows on your ml and mr

training lots of passing and creativity and special training for the attackers mr/ml and st shooting and dribbling 3 times a week
