Cannot train my goalkeeper anymore !!!

Hi
Is there anything like player gets maximum training?
I cannot add any more skill points in Defence for my goalkeeper, only I can train him in attack, physical and mental or special ability. I'm new in this game and this is my only player so far I cannot add skill points.

I think one area (defence in this case) cant have too many points more than the other areas.

Ive had this problem lots of times....i now just auto assign there training

For me, your highest stat cannot be more than 20.0 higher than your lowest stat, it should be the same on other servers. If your goalkeeper has 70.0 in defence, and 50.0 in attack, you will have to add a point to attack to add another in defence. You can train his physical and mental first though.
