I have seen a lot of things happening in this game. For some, there are logical football explanations why they occurred, for some there are logical business explanations why they occurred, and for some there are both. For some of them, they might have occurred to due to flaws. But some of them did not occur due to 'luck' as such, definitely not to the extent that some users of this forum believe. Experiments can be done to deduce whether something has occurred due to randomness mainly or not. Like I have said for explanation purposes, 'when the light intensity of a room goes low, the automatic light switches on, unless there is a failure'; there is no 'luck' as such in there.
Concerning what is described in the first post, this might be due to flaws, or due to recent changes, or due to the excessive significance of randomness in this game, or a combination of those.
There are indications in the match highlights that confirms that there have been changes. One of them is the attacker scoring 'straight' or dribbling past the goalkeeper to score rather than passing the ball back to another player. This could explain why for some users, defenders and goalkeepers are performing poorer than before.
