Post match: What is percent gained?

After a match, a screen comes up showing ratings for your players, as well as training points they have gained.
For some players, they may have +5% gained. Is that +5% overall player quality, or +5% skills, which should just say +1%aggression +4 more, or +5% something else?

click on the +5% gain.... you will see what actually gain~
